Partner FAQs

When and how do I get paid?

Commissions are paid via UPI/NEFT within 7 working days of the referred lab completing their first payment. You'll see every pending and paid commission in your partner dashboard in real time.

Do I need to sign any agreement?

Channel Partners and Regional Distributors sign a simple 2-page partner agreement that outlines the commission structure, territory (if applicable), and code of conduct. Referral Partners only need to accept our online terms — no formal agreement required.

Can I upgrade from Referral Partner to Channel Partner?

Yes. Start with the Referral Partner tier to test the waters. Once you've referred 2–3 labs, you can apply to upgrade to Channel Partner — at which point your commission on future sales increases to 20% recurring. Previous flat-fee referrals remain unchanged.

Is there a target or quota?

Referral Partners have no targets. Channel Partners have a soft target of 3 labs/month — but there's no penalty for falling short. Regional Distributors have a minimum of 10 labs/month in their territory to maintain exclusivity. Below that, the territory may be opened to other partners.

What happens if the lab churns (stops paying)?

Referral Partner flat fees are paid once and are not clawed back. Channel Partner renewal commissions (10%) only apply to months/years where the lab is actively paying. If a lab cancels, renewals stop — but your first-year commission is safe.

Can I partner if I'm already a ClinikPe customer?

Absolutely. Many of our best referral partners are lab owners who use ClinikPe themselves. You can refer other labs and earn the standard referral fees — your own subscription is not affected.
